Robert has successfully developed and managed over 16,000 acres of hunting lands in Arkansas and Texas. His managed properties have been featured on the Texas Trophy Hunter's Show and the Rusty Faulk Outdoors show on the Outdoor Channel, and he was featured on two episodes of Mossy Oak's Whistling Wings TV show. Robert is the producer of Quality Deer Management: Proven Techniques for Managing Your Deer Herd, and Quality Deer Management: Enhancing Habitat on Your Hunting Lands, which are Part One and Two of the Quality Deer Management Association Video Series, and has produced two youth hunting videos for Quail Unlimited.

Robert is the co-author of Deer Management 101: Manage Your Way To Better Hunting along with Dr. Grant Woods and Bryan Kinkel, and has co-authored several articles in national hunting publications. Robert has also developed and marketed numerous web sites for outdoor related groups and businesses, and is co-developer of the Quality Deer Management Association's Interactive Whitetail Map Guide.

Robert has also spent much of his time giving back to the outdoors he enjoys so much. He has served as President for the Central Arkansas Branch of the Quality Deer Management Association, was the 2002 co-director of the Arkansas Outdoor Youth Day held in conjunction with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, and for several years has volunteered his services and his bird dogs for the annual Central Arkansas Chapter Quail Unlimited youth hunt. He currently serves as President of the Rock City Longbeards Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation.
